Our firsthand experience is invaluable in selecting the right Antarctic or Arctic Expedition. We cannot help with flights only, and most itineraries are based on approx. $1000 a day or more.

Yes, $650.00 is the initial planning fee which we collect to cover our time and expertise.

Our cancellation fee is 15% of the quoted cost of your arrangements. Our suppliers, the airlines, etc, will have their own cancellation fees as well which must also be paid. Insurance is strongly recommended. Please read the PDS and select the cover that is adequate for your circumstances.
