Luxury Bound Travel Terms & Conditions | 2024 

Please read the following carefully. 

Making a payment towards your travel arrangements indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Luxury Bound Travel provides travel advice based on our experience, industry relationships, and product education. Luxury Bound Travel is an advisor to the traveller. 

Any actual decisions and/or purchases are the sole personal responsibility of the traveller.   

Luxury Bound Travel is not the source or supplier of the travel service/product you have requested and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such services. The suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied to you are those who are responsible for providing the travel service/product you have purchased.  

Luxury Bound Travel is knowledgeable in international air travel and is partnered with the industry’s leading experts such as Virtuoso and Amadeus in order to provide routing advice, and issue Business Class, First Class, and Premium Economy air tickets. We will provide support, to the best of our ability, on the flight reservations made with Luxury Bound Travel.  However, Luxury Bound Travel has no control over the airlines whatsoever. Airlines can independently change or cancel your flight(s) at any time without notice and at their own discretion.  Luxury Bound Travel will do their best to assist particularly when challenges arise such as flight delays and/or cancellations; however, Luxury Bound Travel makes no guarantee of a favourable outcome.  

Typical business hours are Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm (Sydney timezone).

If you are an existing Luxury Bound Travel client and are unable to reach Luxury Bound Travel during or after typical business hours and your need is urgent for (1) a flight that Luxury Bound Travel has ticketed, please call the airline, your flight reservation reference can be found on uMapped (2) a full travel itinerary with one of Luxury Bound Travel’s recommended tour operators, wholesalers, local guides, or ground handlers, please refer to the travel documents in uMapped for in-country contact information; and/or (3) a stand-alone hotel booking, dining reservation, spa reservation, local guide, car rental, car service, or other individual travel product, please refer to the confirmation provided to you and contact the respective service provider directly for assistance.Luxury Bound travel is not available 24/7 but we will do our best to respond to you, if we are available, outside of the above-listed hours.   

Always review your travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and contact Luxury Bound Travel if you have any questions. Quotations, availability, and/or pricing provided are subject to change until secured with full payment. 

If travelling internationally, you must have a valid passport. Luxury Bound must be provided with a copy of your passport. Your passport must be valid at least 6 months after your return to Australia, and have two clear pages. 

Depending upon your destination and nationality, you may need to obtain one or more visas. Luxury Bound Travel is unable to assist with obtaining Visas.

Luxury Bound Travel has no extraordinary knowledge of conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel. For information concerning possible dangers at destinations, Luxury Bound Travel recommends visiting www.smart traveller.gov.au for country-specific information before choosing your travel destination. Please verify the validity of any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labour or civil unrest at such destination(s). Luxury Bound Travel recommends the purchase of travel insurance to cover certain risks inherent in travel. Please contact Luxury Bound Travel to obtain a quote for your travel insurance. 

Policies, Visa and entry requirements are beyond Luxury Bound Travel’s control and are ever-changing, Luxury Bound Travel recommends checking airline, resort, and government websites the days leading up to your departure. Luxury Bound Travel will advise to the extent possible, but it is ultimately the traveller’s obligation to stay current on and to understand the requirements imposed by the local county/country/business/government to which he/she is travelling. Such requirements are dynamic. Luxury Bound Travel recommends all travellers check with their physician to be sure the physician is OK with you travelling to your chosen destination.  

For most destinations, Luxury Bound Travel will require that all arrangements (airfare, accommodations, private drivers, local practitioners & guides, spa appointments, dining reservations, and the like) be confirmed and in place no later than 14 days before your departure date. Last-minute new itinerary requests and/or new services or changes to existing itineraries less than 14 days before departure are at Luxury Bound Travel’s full discretion based on intel & realistic ability to successfully assist. Any changes within 5 days of departure may not be possible by Luxury Bound Travel and may require the traveller to liaise with the service provider on their own.
